Registration guidelines

 

Registration fee
The conference registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, workshops and poster sessions. Your registration fee depends on the date of registration (early bird until May 7) and your membership of the Netherlands Epidemiology Society (VvE). Please select the appropriate. Please note that online registration is possible until May 30.

The registration fees for the WEON2022 conference are:

•  Early bird registration & VvE member          200 E
•  Early bird registration & no VvE member     300 E
•  Late registration & VvE member                    250 E
•  Late registration & no VvE member              350 E

Registration of accepted presenters
All accepted presenters must register for the conference before the deadline of the early bird registration, which is May 7. Presenters not registered by this date will not be included in the scientific program.

Catering / Diet
The registration fee includes full catering at June 9 and 10, except for dinner (see Social program). Lunch includes ample vegetarian options. Please let us know in the Registration form if you have other dietary wishes.

List of participants
We will make a list of all pre-registered participants and distribute this list during WEON2022. We would like to ask your permission to put your name and affiliation on this list. You can indicate your consent for this on the registration form.

Preferences for workshop at Friday June 10
At Friday June 10 there will be interactive workshops on science communication, data visualisation, the art of looking and real-world data modelling. See here for more information. Please indicate your workshop preferences on the registration form. Workshops are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, as there is a limited number of participants possible for each workshop.

Pre-conferences
This year there are five interesting pre-conference courses that will take place on Wednesday June 8, 2022. Two pre-conferences will be held online in the morning and in the afternoon three pre-conferences will be on site at the Radboudumc, Nijmegen. Participation in both a morning and afternoon preconference is possible. See here for the program and topics.

Social program
Thursday June 9 there will be a social program organized at the Lindenberg Cultuurhuis in the city center of Nijmegen. This program includes a creative workshop and a dinner. See here for more information. Please indicate your preferences for the creative workshop on the registration form.

Payment Methods
Please be informed that payment is solely online via credit card (Master and Visa) or via IDEAL.

Cancelation policy
Cancelation of registration has to be made in writing to the conference secretary (events.rha@radboudumc.nl). If a cancellation is received before May 7, reimbursement of the registration fee, minus 35 Euro handling charges, will be made. After this date no refund can be made, also if you do not turn up for the conference for whatever reason.
